As a Meditation Teacher, Holistic Life Coach, and Yoga Therapist with over 35 years of experience in health and wellness education, I’ve had the privilege of sharing exceptional tools for well-being and enlightened living by offering private sessions and teaching classes, workshops, trainings, and retreats both internationally and online.

“I've had these headaches for 20 years, a couple each week on average, and have tried a huge number of things, from drugs to complementary therapies, to lifestyle changes, with no improvement. When Anne talked about how we resist unpleasant things (whether emotions or pain) and just want to get rid of them, I realized that was exactly how I was feeling about the headache, and my migraines in general.
