Through Healing Dialogues

A Healing Dialogue helps us attune to our bodies in a peaceful manner, through gentle self-presence, inner listening, and kind inner dialogue. We can converse with a symptom, an area of acute or chronic pain, a negative belief, or a conditioned habit. These symptoms or conditions are seen as expressions of imbalance or disharmony that are being communicated from our body directly to us through their manifestation.

Retrieving Inner Messages &
Addressing Emotional Blockages

A Healing Dialogue helps to retrieve the specific messages that the symptom or condition is attempting to communicate. This often generates a shift in perspective or behavior towards significant aspects of our lives. By receiving the inner communication, the body systems can gradually re-harmonize, and symptoms may then diminish or dissolve entirely.

Challenging symptoms or behaviors often arise from unresolved emotions that result in blocked energy in our bio-electrical nervous system. Emotions can be described as energy in motion or E-Motion, and energy needs to move, including emotional energy. When we reject or repress our emotions, we block the healthy flow of information within our body systems. A Healing Dialogue offers an efficient and effective tool for clearing energy blockages and restoring harmony, often resulting in an improvement or resolution of health issues.

Inner Ease and Joy

As we learn to engage in healthy inner dialogue regularly, we can begin to feel a greater sense of ease and live in a more lighthearted, joyful manner. This quality of inner presence can generate deeper levels of inner knowing, self-care, and confidence, allowing us to become more masterful with every aspect of life. Old repetitive structures can fall away naturally, giving way to more fluid spontaneity.

Revealing Our
Essential Nature

Ultimately, by listening to the inner prompting of body sensations, our most essential nature is revealed as an ever-present sense of inner peace, spaciousness, silence, and stillness. This reveals our deepest self that is already healed and whole. More and more, we live from this present moment, in which we experience our ground of unconditional peace and love, despite the circumstances.

Practicing with Guidance
& Living from Inner Peace

We first engage the dialogue with the support of a wise and skillful facilitator. With practice, we can learn to explore the dialogue on our own, in a time and place of our choosing. Beautifully, our bodies seem to have an innate wisdom in knowing what and how much the system is ready to heal. All we have to do is listen to where our attention is drawn, get curious, and follow the gentle dialogue prompts. Then we simply notice what insights or information arise and respond accordingly.

Ultimately, A Healing Dialogue opens us to living from an incorruptible purity, intelligence, integrity, and divinity. Some have described this experience as heaven on earth, or the “peace which surpasses all understanding”.

Mentoring Immersions
Watch for future 1/2 day and full day immersions to practice new themes for Healing Dialogues in a community of committed practitioners. Themes can include dialogues with your inner child, future self, enlightened self, healed self, confident self, the self that is living the life of your dreams, and more.

The Healing Dialogues Dive offer a unique journey to remember our wholeness and well-being by meeting what most wants to be seen within. The Healing Dialogue is a unique formulation of inquiry that welcomes what may be uncomfortable, unhealed or tender within us as a pathway to health and to our deep ground of peace.

During these 1 1/4 hour sessions, you will experience:
An introduction to the Healing Dialogues with various themes for each meeting
A guided experience for the group of the Healing Dialogue related to the theme
A 1 on 1 Healing Dialogue with a volunteer, facilitated by Anne and witnessed by the group
This process is an opportunity for you to:
Work with something that’s up for you directly with Anne
Have space held for you by the group
Witness a process that serves your own healing

6 month Private Deep Dive Mentoring: 1 on 1 six month on line program (can extend up to one year)
Present 4 or 5 recorded and transcribed sessions (of 30-40 min in length) for feedback and receive related "home play” to enhance your skill
Q & A Sessions of 15-30 min for up to 1 to 2 hours with related "home play" to develop related skills
A total of 6 contact hours
Private Mentoring: either Q & A or session recording and transcript with feedback. $175 CA per hour
30 min free meeting to set up a customized mentorship curated to help deepen your skills and confidence
Six hours total of private meetings with Anne for a combination of exercises and experiences to help you develop your skills
Private Mentoring: Q & A or session recording with transcript for feedback. $175 ca per hour
