Nidra Jazz is an improvised, multi layered and multi-voiced meditation as a soothing sound bath to uplift and invoke ease & well being. You will hear the voices of three Yoga Nidra experts improvising with each other as they weave word, sound, breath and instrument into rich and restful 20-30 minute guided theme-based practices. These include Nidra Jazz for the Chakras, Your Heart’s Desire and Nidra Jazz for Sleep. Yoga Nidra is typically done lying down in supported Savasana (resting pose), or any comfortable position for you to be at rest for 20-30 minutes. These professional studio recordings can be heard on any audio system, and can be enjoyed at a similar level you would listen to your favourite music. For each recording, please allow 20-30 minutes of undisturbed space. These practices have been curated to invoke an ever deepening sense of “home” through rest, rejuvenation and inner peace.
