Whisper Within Sleep Meditation (WWSM) is a Hybrid Healing method using best practices from Yoga Nidra, Guided Visualization, Learning Optimization, Hypnosis and elements of Traditional Meditation
This is a comprehensive, nuts and bolts training that gives you everything you need to facilitate the practice with skill and confidence
Uses related science that indicates effective relief from stress, sleep disruption, pain, anxiety, depression and more
Is grounded in the non-dual teachings that highlight the values of non-separative wholeness, inherent kindness & harmony, and ever present peace
Provides a uniquely feminine approach as a loving counterbalance to the historical masculine in meditation
Offers the essential principles, philosophy and skills necessary to be able to facilitate WWSM personally; for yourself, or professionally; for your clients
Provides daily experiential practices led by Anne to create familiarity with the WWSM protocol
Facilitates multiple script-led exchanges with fellow students to build skill and confidence with delivery
Teaches you how to customize a script for specific needs or themes
Offers a powerful yet delightfully simple "Healing Dialogue" to help your clients receive healing messages that symptoms may carry as a gift
Participants receive a downloadable manual of support material including script variations and course content
Requires a final submission of 10 brief WWSM Practice Journals (format provided in training) to complete certification
